  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Inventory Exchange Rules

When participating in inventory swaps:

  • All product descriptions must be accurate and complete
  • Products must be as described, genuine, and legal to sell
  • Both parties must agree on exchange terms before finalizing
  • Disputes should be resolved in good faith between parties

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using SwapIt, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on SwapIt are owned by SwapIt and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwapIt acts as a platform connecting shopkeepers. We are not party to actual swap transactions and bear no liability for disputes, product quality issues, or financial losses arising from exchanges between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SwapIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
